Because the invention of paper by the Chinese in a hundred and five A.D., paper has been put to good use by mankind in so many ways. On the eve of the Olympics, however, the government asked one gallery to postpone an exhibition until after the games. Considered unsuitable was “Contact,” a show by Ma Baozhong at the Xin Beijing Gallery of 15 work depicting important moments in Chinese history, together with one based mostly on a photograph displaying Mao Zedong with the Dalai Lama and the Panchen Lama in 1954.
The Highwaymen are a group of African American artists celebrated for their distinctive paintings of Florida’s natural atmosphere. This exhibition is organized by the Orlando Museum of Art. What different’s do probably not know is that there’s another person whom impressed Banksy to first take out his stencils and spray paints at the hours of darkness. Referred to as the Godfather of Street Art, Richard Hambleton made his first mark within the 1970s portray chalk outlines with pink blood throughout North America cities. His most well-known piece, the Shadowman and Marlboro Man collections are amongst a few of his items which have the clearest hyperlinks to Banksy.
